Due to high fraud with cvc protected creditcards we can only accept cards with 2-way authentication turned on. If you try to use a creditcard with only cvc protection you’ll get the message ‘’there is an issue with your payment method’’. This means you need to onboard your creditcard for 2-way authentication. Click underneath your credit card provider for more information about the procedure to enable the payment.
You can now pay cashless. Which means you can pay with your debit and creditcard at the bars for food and drinks. However, if you only have cash you can exchange this at two stands on the festival site for a DGTL card. Your cash will be uploaded to this card so you can buy drinks and food. After the festival, please visit this website to check refund instructions.
Yes, lockers are available. Please note: these lockers are small in size, a large backpack or suitcase will most likely not fit. You will also have available lockers to charge your phone.
No, we don’t have ATMs on the festival site, it is however possible to pay with a debit or credit card at the cashier for drinks and dinner.

You are not allowed to bring your laptop or tablet device to the festival, not even if you store it in your locker.
The festival grounds and part of the bars and sanitary facilities will be wheelchair accessible. There won’t be a wheelchair stage or special wheelchair-zone.

Yes we care about all of you, so we thought about all of you. Gluten-free food will be available at the food court. All foods served during DGTL Festival will be biologically produced.
DGTL advises people with a visual impairment not to bring their guide dogs because of the many stimuli (big crowds, loud music, etc.). We advise our visitors to bring their friends.
Any visitors still interested in bringing their guide dog are advised to contact us at info@dgtl.es. We want to point out to these visitors that DGTL is not responsible for any accidents.
