After you purchased your tickets you will receive an e-mail where you have to fill in the additional information in order to receive your ticket. If you want an anonymous ticket then don't fill in the form. One week before our festival all the anonymous tickets will be send to everyone who didn't fill in the personal info.
Please take into account that anonymous tickets cannot be topped up in advance. In case of a lost it isnt possible to re-create an anonymous ticket.
When tickets are registered you have the opportunity to buy credits in advance and skip the queue.

No, we don’t have ATMs on the festival site, it is however possible to pay with a debet or credit card at the cashier for drink and dinner tokens.
Yes, there will be a tobacco stand.
You are not allowed to bring your laptop or tablet device to the festival, not even if you store it in your locker.
The festival grounds and part of the bars and sanitary facilities will be wheelchair accessible. There won’t be a wheelchair stage or special wheelchair-zone.

DGTL Festival uses (loud) sounds and stroboscopic light effects.
Yes we care about all of you, so we thought about all of you. Gluten-free food will be available at the food court. All foods served during DGTL Festival will be biologically produced.
DGTL advises people with a visual impairment not to bring their guide dogs because of the many stimuli (big crowds, loud music, etc.). We advise our visitors to bring their friends.
Any visitors still interested in bringing their guide dog are advised to contact us at email@example.com. We want to point out to these visitors that DGTL is not responsible for any accidents.
Bringing prescribed drugs to DGTL is only permitted in conjunction with a doctor’s note. Please contact us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
